Instructions for Proper Condom Placement on the Penis (from the Ministry of Health):

Before any genital contact, place the condom on the erect penis. Unroll it all the way down to the base.
Choosing the correct size and properly placing the condom is crucial for reducing the risk of sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
Use a new condom for each sexual encounter.
After ejaculation, carefully remove the condom by holding it at the base (the ring). Gently pull it off and roll it up.
Dispose of the used condom by wrapping it in tissue paper and throwing it in the trash (do not flush it down the toilet).
