Before use
Clean the dildo with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner. Push the base of the dildo through the harness O-ring from the inside until it sits securely. Put the harness on and adjust the straps — it should feel snug without digging in. Move around a little before you begin, to make sure nothing shifts.

During use
